Project Details

  • City: Tabernash, Colorado – 10 miles from Winter Park
  • Location Type: Rural // Mountains – best suited for nature lovers!
  • Opportunities: Culinary, Front-of-House, Front Office Guest Services
  • Program Length: 12 months (May 2025 – May 2026)
  • Number of Positions: 10
  • Salary: $11.40 + tips – $20.00 depending on the type of training
  • Housing: Located under 10 minutes from the ranch, dorm-style, up to four people
  • Housing Cost: Up to $460/month, $200 deposit deducted from first two paychecks
  • Transportation: A free shuttle is available to get to/from work and housing

Internship Positions

  • Culinary Training: Skills development in kitchen operations, menu planning and team supervision.

  • Front Office Guest Services Training: Focus on guest services/room division operations to gain knowledge in overall operation and success of the hotel.
