Pavilion Introduction
The China Pavilion at Walt Disney World in Orlando is located in the Epcot theme park of the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida, USA. It officially opened on October 1, 1982 and is one of the themed pavilions in the World Showcase.

Job Information
- Positions Recruited: Staff in the Gift Department, Chef in the Food and Beverage Department, Waiter/Waitress in the Food and Beverage Department
- Salary: Paid bi-weekly
- Bonuses:
- Holiday Bonuses: You can receive holiday bonuses for 6 festivals each year (New Year’s Day, Lunar New Year, Easter, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas). The maximum bonus for each festival is equivalent to the hourly wage for 9.5 standard working hours.
- Project Bonus: If you successfully complete the entire cultural exchange project, you can receive a project bonus of up to $1,000.


Working Hours
- Working Duration:
- The average working hours are about 35 – 40 hours per week (overtime may be required depending on business hours and staffing arrangements).
- Working hours exceeding 40 hours per week will be regarded as overtime hours, and the overtime wage is 1.5 times the standard hourly wage.
- You must be willing and able to fulfill work arrangements according to the operating hours of the theme park (including daytime, evening, weekends, and holidays).
